All of our priorities for our daughters offered at no cost!

“We began our search for an educational program for our daughters when they were still in diapers. We visited all the local schools, spoke with teachers, met principals, exchanged telephone numbers with parents and toured each building at least three times. Afterwards, we decided on a private school. The decision was based on class size, dedicated teachers, strong focus on academics and a structured environment.

Unfortunately, just as our eldest daughter entered her second quarter of Kindergarten we found out the school was closing. We faced a decision to begin the search again or commute nearly an hour away to another location. To our surprise, National Heritage Academies (NHA) was moving into the existing building. We attended nearly all of the open houses that were offered about Fortis Academy, we researched other schools operated by NHA and visited several. We discovered ALL of our priorities for our daughters were being offered at Fortis and at no cost!

Our daughters are now in 1st and 2nd grade at Fortis Academy and we could not be more pleased with the academic focus; caring, dedicated staff and the moral focus.”

Our son is so excited everyday about school and learning

Going beyond the “call of duty” today means different things to different people. Prior to attending Greensboro Academy, we had seen and experienced teachers who barely did the minimum, resulting in our son raising his hand and begging for work and something to learn.

Now, at Greensboro Academy our son is so excited everyday about school and learning. He has an exceptional teacher. She has a delightful personality, a wonderful wit, and a great attitude toward teaching. I’ve been in her classroom on many occasions and she has complete control and the engaging enthusiasm that one can tell her students enjoy and respect. She is the best!

We are thrilled that our children attend Greensboro Academy!

I am so proud of the teachers and principals for what they've instilled in my daughter.

I have a daughter that has been going to Vanderbilt Academy for nine years at the end of this school year, 2007.   I am so proud of the teachers and principals for what they've instilled in my daughter.   She is very respectful and always gives everything her all. I, along with my daughter, will miss this school very much.
